and had good chance for cancer (not clear yet).
had been weaker .
so I just started to run a month ago.
To take a "whole" marathon is the nearest will on my list.

hope I can make it.
btw: which way is better?
1) run 0.1 mile more daily (less than 0.5 mile/week in total)
or
2) run 0.5 mile more weekly (less than 2 miles/month)
now it's almost 3miles/30mins.
The next target is 6miles/60mins.
hope I can finish the race in 5 hrs.
