On teh average, glycogen stored in musccle start to ge thnniner at 10 miles and will be exahausted at
20 miles. If you use fat more you can delay that.
But if one cannot even run one mile, then it has nothing to do with glycogen level but most likely because his heart is too weak to send oxygen thru the
body and hus kung has not enouch capacity to take in more oxygen
