1. People wat to put him in jail or to put a bullet in his head not becasue he cheated, but he is greedy. There is no compelling evidence proving Chen personally made profit from a fake chip, and so far no evidence shows the money they got is more badly misnanaged than an average government owned/invested organization. Since everyone fakes in his own life once in a while for whatever reason. So I have to say greed, not faking is what people have problem with.
2. People want YuanShi to be responsible for the mishap. because they failed to recognize Chen&company are greedy greedy bastards. They have very high expectation on YuanShi, although from time to time they say very shitty words about YuanShi.
3. People want SH officials who are remotely linked to this incident to be ousted. I can't come up with any good reason why they want to do that. So I have to assume this is because these people live and work in SH, and everyone hates SH these days. It's reasonable for someone who is not as lucky as SH people to see SH people suffer.
