are increasing. Inflation does not casue rate to go up, rising inflation causes rate to go up. In this case more inflation may be a better thing becasue if national inflation rises, rent in big cities like SH will likely to rise much faster, while interest rate will only be adjusted based on national interest rate.

浮动 or not is not relevant. Same point: if rate goes very high, it is like to be becasue economy is too hot so your rent income will rise even faster.

Yeah I agree it's all over simplification. There is a lot a risk one has to factor in when making such decision. Whether I buy it or not can't be based on information presented so far. Let me say I won't reject it down right ok?
