Difficult to be clear defined. Abortion at 9-month is almost infantcide in MY eye. But that's not a baby yet, but the convention of our society. 14 weeks? how about 14 weeks+1 day? why not 14 weeks-1 day? Once you want to draw a clear line, that's approaching to a ban.
I think passive acceptance is reasonable, simply because drawing line is worse. Indeed, I don't think there are many women around enjoy abortion.
