Why? None of you, I mean none knows how to debate for a WenKe problem. Everyone thinks he has the truth. But what is the freaking truth? No body knows! What you have are pieces of facts that's it.
Now if you, all of you, really want to debate, the first thing you should do is to identify the stakeholders envolved in this issue, all stakeholders. Then you identify who is going to loose who is going to win as the result of environmental policy change, or no change. You need to SuanZhang with facts and numbers to make your arguement convincing becasue numbers don't lie, as least most of the times. Then you can come up with a number options and you recommend the one that has the most stakeholders winning and the least number of them loosing. Finally you recommend how to compensate those who are loosing and how much such compensation will cost you.
That's how you argue in a constructive fashion.
