It is actually simple. Most of those global companies are hiring young good-looking females.

The first time I stepped into a branch of a global financial firm in Shanghai, I was shocked. Like more than 80% of employees are young, beautiful girls. Majority of those girls are english major, has no/little expertise when they got hired. Never seen that in their other branches in US or Europ.
