actually, i have very bad experience working with young female, no matter which sides of the table they are sitting. They were having trouble to understand the nature of problems, mixing their own feeling and judgement with business relationship, lack of professional ethics and attitude. They are even more bitchy than most engineers -- besides inflated ego, engineers at least can provide certain input/insight and could be helpful.

Dealling with woman above 35 is a lot easier, most of them are very professional.
