作者是想说设计龙芯时用的是Verilog语言?还是想说用一个名叫"VERILOG"的工具做的layout(画图)? 是不是指Cadence的layout工具Virtuoso?

好的设计,好的产品和用别人的架构,工具没有必然什么联系吧.看看这个AMCC刚公布的Titan dual-core processor (8,000 Dhrystone Mips@2GHz, 2.5 watts per core). 架构PowerPC是IBM/Moto的, Fast14 technology是Intrinsity的, 工艺是TSMC的90-nm, 设计工具没说,估计也不全是自己的.
