本来订了机票LA--Mtown,but when i check it 5 days before check--in ,can not find the flight.called the customer service immediately,tell the story.
they said changed my flight to another one with one more stop. and give me a new confirmation Number to see the reservation online. I found that the two flight not connected because the first one arrives at LV one hour later than the departure of second flight.then call customer service again. they said "ok,mmm..., you can stay a niggt and continue the trip next day. "
I refused, then I booked southwest and request refund all money since no flight can takeme back on that day and the flight disapeared (due to air lines merger) .they refused to refund all and would give me a punishment according to p[olicy .
I said I donot want to talk to you anymore, I would like talk to your supervisor.she said ok.but the line is broken after a few seconds.I called again and tell the story again and request talk to supervisor again.
finaly supervisor understood the situition and refund all money back.
then cost me two hours on phone waiting and talking.
