that is why I am sure they are not the same thing.
I am not saying that 因果性 is not 统计相关性. But when you see a statistical relationship between A and B, you cannot just say A (B) is the reason of B (A), you have to have some other evidences to show that how A (B) causes B(A). Without these kind of evidences, it is just not serious to assert that A and B has a cause-effect relation.
