4U4luC2: I don't think the orbit of beidou 2a has anything significant

changes. Since China didn't not publish the mission orbit of Beidou 2a, or at least I don't know about it, I'll assume it is like the rest of the Beidous. If so, Beidou 2a is not in its mission orbit.
