there has no any significant orbit maneuver since 2/2. The geostationary orbit is 0 degree incline, 0 eccentricity, and the Apogee and Perigee are same and equal to 35,786 km. Beidou however, has incline of 25, 0.7 eccentricity, and with Apogee 41471 km and Perigee 184 km. That is a hell of elliptical orbit. Even the Beidou 2A is not intended to be in geostationary orbit, it should have a very circular orbit to be functional as a navigational sat. As I said, I don't think it is doing a whole lot.
