Such as Albert's "Molecular biology of the cell", Voets' "Biochemistry" etc. I'd try for 80% but I doubt 90% readers won't bother with 60%. Textbooks aren't that superficail.
The problem of reading Darwin's original is that the whole knowledge structure in the field is so different now and so are the nomenclature and technical terms. It'd be lot better to read some current books unless you really work on the historical aspects.
