Yes, we are forced to do a lot of thing without constitutional ground or moral justification. That doesn't justify forcing people on something in addition.

Put it this way: Someone is being raped already but that's no justification for you to join the raping.

People shouldn't be forced to buy car insurance either. If you are afraid of being hit by bad drivers, you can insure against that risk too.
