My intuition is most oversea PhDs are much better
than about 70-year-old professors inside China.
So, when Prof. Si said Wei's paper had disobeyed some basic principles in the area, I don't think it makes
sense. If what Prof. Si said is right, why has nobody else in the area the same opinion on Wei's paper?
Is that possible Prof. Si is the smartest one in the area? How many year has gone since the paper published?
