Concerning the non-myeloblative autologous hematopoietic stem cell (CDNST) trial for Crohn’s Disease, it is a randomized trial. The patient will be treated with either conventional medical therapy or CDNST. There is no way to guarantee your friend to receive the CDNST even if your friend got admitted to the trial.
