1. I don't want to argue with "..If a US company do this and is caught, it's dead and going out of bussiness,..." such kind of moron-ish claim(How many time do I have to tell you to do homework before talking?) But for your information, the company I was refereing to is a multinational that does extensive business in US, employing American workers by thousands. I know other smaller companies have done nastier things. Does it surprise you if I tell you some US companie "unintentionally" had shipped unfinished goods in its early days jsut to make the book look good for the quater end, only to count these "products" as DOA after they returned from field? Mind you this company is now doing all very well and is a darling of WS.
