What medical circles currently worry about is not
过度马拉松 but underprepared 马拉松, that is those
who run under 40 miles per week suddently run
a marathon. I'll run more in training to exceed 40 miles a week prior to my second marathon race.
Finally, doing things one like is more important.
I like running and running marathon. If it shorten
my life so be it.
