I had no problem to communicate with people when I landed first time in US. But, I could not understand what instructor said in class. Again, native language is totally different with second language.

In china, most of people visit Chinese websites. I do not think they can learn English from internet. Remember, English already dominated India more than 100 years, and different native Indian languages are still there.
