further comments. I just don't get it why the elderly can not be treated as spouse, disable children. The system failure is not their fault. Why the tax dollar has to be separated into different systems, why just put all tax money into one single pool, then the citizens design how the money be spent, such as what proportion go to war, what proportion go to the social security, and the distribution can be changes based upon the needs.
