Do you know what it means by dual stack? if there is no dual stack, how can IPv4 transition to IPv6? Without dual stack, two networks won't even communicate with each other. Do you know computer network at all? No wonder you don't find the reporter BS laughable, you don't seem to know any better. If the core technology of IPv4 is in the hand of the American, so does IPv6.
