from competing with you for rice bowl, you'd better do it right instead of wasting time whining around:

1. Know what you want. Understand the issue and stay focused. Don't pretend that this is not political. Understand who is really in the position to stop them: it's their employers in US not in China.

2. DO it right. Get organized and come up with a strategy. Reporting to IRS won't work. These are too small cases. I say you should sign an open letter and send it to a couple of conservative congressman or something, telling them these crooks are likely leaking important science and technology intelligence to the China.

3. Get US citizens behind you. The election year is coming, take the opportunity. You should talk to some reporters, telling them these people take a lot of money from US tax payer but in the sametime spending a lot of time helping research institutions owned by the CHINESE GOVERNMENT to compete with American in the long run. Make the reporter to come up with a story that these people are helping China take more white collar jobs from America...Look what Dell has done to Lenovo...

4. Get prepared to launch a new round of spy allegation in case noen of the above is ineffective. You need to to some homework. Find one or two professor who is involved in sensitive research works sponsored by US govenernment or industry...
