I have got the requested copy from the Office of Secretary of State. But, to my surprise, it's a one-page copy of the initial filing entiled "Articles of Incorporation" that was filed on May 26, 2004. I immediately phoned the office and found out that it’s the only document on file. I also found out that this corporation has been suspended because no yearly statement filed and no updated information provided by this corporation since the filing date. As pointed out by you earlier, one in California not only needs to file the yearly statement with updated information, but also needs to pay $900.00 tax a year in order to keep a corporation active. But, who would pay this yearly $900.00 tax - Mr. He, Yumin who filed the record, or anybody else, for a one-shot cheating act? So, I am pretty sure that this corporation was set up only for that cheating survey. Also, I wonder this corporation may be vanished already and nowhere to find. Then, if we could pay a visit to the office at the address on the Articles of Incorporation, we would probably find out that the office is no longer there. Any suggestions for what to do next?
