I know a manager got fired because of some type of questions she asked. You can't even ask whether married, how many kids, let alone gay or no gay.

Also, the US constitution is set up by the founding fathers with the protection of minority as a primary concern because they themselves were minority in England. They came to this country to escape the persecution of minorities!
