interested in how it is being used now. To be very honest with you, many companies including mine don't really use formal language to specify/design large scale distributed system. We usually deal with those kind of problem by limited the scope, and don't care too much about scalability. Most of the systems are specified in English, and at its best run throught similation, that is pretty much about it. I don't like that, however, it is very hard to change the industry unless you see a huge success story.
