In current plan it's only for messages posted after the upgrade, and it's only available for Sci-Tech forum because we will upgrade Readers' forum after the successful tests with Sci-Tech forum.
We will add a search box later in the page.
To clarify, we don't make any search engine, we just make all the messages location permanent and accessible to Google (and anyone else who cares). Thanks.
