D., Biomedical Engineering, U.S.A. 翻译过来就是:1987到1991年间,在美国获得生物医学工程博士学位。但是 没有按惯例注明是哪所美国大学。这倒新鲜了,因为在张阳德的中文简历中,从 没有见到他在美国留学并获得学位的介绍,而从他的经历看,他也没有在美国全职 留学的时间。就在同一份履历上,也写着在那个时间段,他是湘雅医院外科医生、 教授。难道张阳德在职读了个美国大学博士?不知有哪所美国大学有这样的项目? 张主任能不能具体地说明一下他究竟是美国哪所大学的生物医学工程博士?可别 是著名的巴灵顿大学吧? 张主任在美国的奇遇还不只这一点。再看: 1996.2-Current Visiting professor, National Cancer Research Center, National Institute of Health, U.S.A 翻译过来就是:1996年2月至今,为美国国家卫生院国家癌症研究中心的访问 教授。这也很新鲜:第一,美国国家卫生院不是大学,我不知道他们还会从国外 聘请访问教授,而且是长期聘请!第二,美国国家卫生院根本就没有“国家癌症 研究中心”这么个机构。不知张主任究竟去了美国的什么机构当访问教授? 还有呢: 1999-Current Chief editor, “Endoscopy and Radiology”, U.S.A. 翻译:1999年至今,担任美国“Endoscopy and Radiology”杂志的主编。 以张主任的资质,能担任美国学术刊物的主编,也算得上奇遇。但是且慢,就在 同一个网站上,有中国卫生部肝胆肠外科研究中心招收“博士后学生”的英文告示, 里面有这么一句话: “Endoscopy and Radiology”(English version) is also edited by our unit. 也就是说,这份“Endoscopy and Radiology”英文刊物其实是中国卫生部肝 胆肠外科研究中心办的,难道中国卫生部的研究中心搬到到美国去了? 张阳德担任的国际学术机构的领导职务可真不少,例如: Vice-president, International Endoscopist Association (U. S. A.) 即美国国际内窥镜医生协会副主席。我很想了解这个协会的情况,看谁比 张教授还牛,敢当他的正主席。google了一下"International Endoscopist Association", 出来的就只有张阳德履历这么个网页。是不是该协会的成员都不好意思把它写进履历 中? Nowadays, the clinical application of endoscopy and mini-invasive operation have been widely adopted around China, which proved the assumption of successfully finishing multi-organ operation by endoscopy without being surgically operated. In 1994, the national training base of endoscopy----National Hepatobiliary & Enteric Surgery Research Center was founded. Till today, the laparotomy operation has completed for 1,1000 case. In 1995, China Journal of Endoscopy, which is the key national journal of clinical endoscopy, was published. In 1997, “Endoscopics”, which was the first national monograph of clinical endoscopy, was published by People’s Health Press, of which I was chief director in charge. Translated the authorized monographic book “Surgical Study on Laparotomy Operation” published in America. Edited three collections teaching materials of ministry of health, “Endoscopy of Enteron”, and won the third prize awarded by General Administration of Press and Publication and the 4th National Excellent Educational Video Product by Ministry of Education. Led the study of clinical endoscopy in China and is the vice chairman of the International Endoscopist Association. In 1997, I successfully finished the first operation in treating unexcisable late phase liver caner by the method of isolating liver perfusion in China. In 2004, I was named as the chairman of endoscopist association that affiliated to Chinese Medical Doctor Association, and presided the assessment and examination of endoscopist’s qualification license. At the end of 2001, I successfully operated on orthotopic auxiliary liver transplantation, in which the livers of patients were with multi-organs dysfunction.
