个人推测：中草药背后的支持者

　　刚刚浏览了一个我国政府官方网站，中华人民共和国国家中医药管理局，
http://www.satcm.gov.cn，以前还真没有注意过这个网站，已经有了国家食品
药品管理局，竟然还有一个中医药管理局，对祖国传统民族精华真是另眼相待，
呵呵，真是有中国特色啊，因为这段时间老看美国食品药品管理局网站（FDA），
对比国内的，真是天上地下。

　　FDA明确规定所谓的中草药是属于膳食补充剂，和维生素、矿物元素、氨基
酸等属于一类东西，是根本不能当作药品出售的。从下面的一个问题中很清楚明
了得到这个结果。现附上网页内容和地址

　　Congress defined the term "dietary supplement" in the Dietary

in these products may include: vitamins, minerals, herbs or other 
botanicals, amino acids, and substances such as enzymes, organ tissues, 
glandulars, and metabolites. Dietary supplements can also be extracts 
or concentrates, and may be found in many forms such as tablets, 
capsules, softgels, gelcaps, liquids, or powders. They can also be in 
other forms, such as a bar, but if they are, information on their 
label must not represent the product as a conventional food or a sole 
item of a meal or diet. Whatever their form may be, DSHEA places 
dietary supplements in a special category under the general umbrella 
of "foods," not drugs, and requires that every supplement be labeled a

　　这点新语丝上很明白了。

　　我想说的是，为什么中医理论作为传统落后而愚昧的医学理论在国际医学界
不被认可，但是却能在国内如此嚣张，根本原因在于中央政府部门的大力支持，
在制度上的支持，所以才会有大大小小的地方中医药管理局、数以百计的中医药
大学、多如牛毛的中医药诊所，而形形色色的中草药产品只不过是其副产品而以。
不免让人质疑：在中医药问题上，政府的职责究竟是什么？如果做错了，怎么才
能改正错误？说实话，目前我只能从新语丝上看到希望。

　　另外忍不住提到一个新闻：“日前，由国内著名气体传感专家、中国地质大
学教授、博导王维熙带领的科研团队，研制出了“高灵敏度氢气地震预测仪”。
