灾区。哈尔宾医科大学第一医院院长周晋就是一例。此公有博导和一大堆其他职
称，?占据了大量资源。然而查看其在哈医大第一医院列的主要ＳＣＩ论文没有
一篇是真正的论文，全是骗人的东西。其中有两篇是用会议摘要充当论著。更为
恶劣的是充当著名杂志 "BLOOD" 的 论著。感兴趣者可查证一下以下所列他编造
