◇◇新语丝(www.xys.org)(xys.dxiong.com)(xys.3322.org)(xys.xlogit.com)◇◇ 几起学术小腐败后续进展 wyx   之所以说小,是由于相比xys上被揭发的大牛们,这种一稿两发、偶尔造造 小假实在是小巫见大巫。 一、测不准原理 06年5月22日,网友nanow举报中科院力学所赵亚溥等人一稿多投(Applied Physics Letters和Journal of Physics D),并指出涉嫌伪造数据:完全相同的 图,在APL文说原料1克,在JPD文说2克,并且所用衬底也不一样。运用拖延战术 后,不久前(2月21日),赵等人在Journal of Physics D发表更正,声称该文 中原料量不是2克,应为1-2克。 原文:“There are some typographical errors on page 2105, in line 5 in the right-hand column. The values ‘8.0 mm × 1.2 mm × 1.0 mm’ should read as ‘80 mm × 12 mm × 10 mm’, and 2.0 g’ should read as ‘1.0–2.0 g’.” [J. Phys. D 40, 1211 (2007)] 二、一图鲜,吃遍天 大连理工大学的杜国同教授涉嫌在一篇Applied Physics Letters论文中伪 造Raman谱,被网友及其内部人员多次在xys举报,运用拖延战术后,也已于去年 11月20日在APL上发了一篇更正,云:“对不起,里面有个图我们以前早就用过 了,这次我们忘了引用而直接当新图用了。至于这个图一会儿用来表征高阻样品, 一会儿又表征p型样品,其实压根不矛盾。因为这个图表达的信息和薄膜的导电 类型无关。” 原文:“Figure 4 of the above-mentioned letter is identical to Fig. 5(b) of our previous article which, regretfully, is not referenced in the former. Here, this important reference is added, and we sincerely apologize for the unfortunate oversight. Identical Raman scattering spectra were presented in both articles because it was found that the measured Raman spectrum only reflected the scattering characteristic of N-doped ZnO films, with little relation to the conduction type of our samples.”[Appl. Phys. 36 4-8 It has come to the attention of the Institute of Physics that this article should not have been submitted for publication owing to its substantial replication of an earlier paper (Yu G H, Zhao H C, Li MH, Zhu FW and Lai WY 2002 Interface reaction of Ta/Ni81Fe19 or Ni81Fe19/Ta and its suppression Applied Physics Letters 80 455).
