allegation of research misconduct has been received by the University 
of Connecticut Health Center, which has jurisdiction over this mater. 
An initial inquiry, per the University of Connecticut Health Center's 
Policy on Review of Alleged Misconduct of Research
(http://www.policies.uchc.edu/policies/policy_2003_41.PDF) has been 
initiated. We shall keep you informed of the outcome of this inquiry 
as per the requirements of this policy.
