　　举报华南农业大学资源环境学院潘汝谦副教授学术不端问题

　　我从去年9年至今，收到多位网友提供的举报材料，反映潘汝谦副教授博士
学位论文抄袭（准确说是COPY）、职称申报材料造假、学术论文抄袭和学术论文
一稿多发等学术不端问题。我与他交流3次，他不承认事实；向学院反映几次，
曾鑫年教授却极力包庇和纵容。现将职称申报材料造假、一稿多发或重复发表、
职称申报代表作抄袭学生学位论文问题举证如下。 

　　至于博士学位论文COPY他本人指导硕士生的学位论文的等问题，将再另文发
出。

　　1、职称申报材料造假

　　潘副教授在《Plant Disease》上发表Disease Notes共7个，在《Plant 
Pathology》上发表New disease reports 1个，见下面。这是潘副教授至今以第
一作者或通讯作者在SCI刊物上发表的全部内容。《Plant Disease》杂志上发表
类型包括Feature、Research、Disease Notes三类。《Plant Pathology》杂志
在2011年以前发表类型包括Original articles和New disease reports两类，但
从2011年开始就不再登New disease reports。

　　这些Disease Notes和New disease reports的长度不足半页或1/3页，不属
于学术论文。对此，潘副教授是非常清楚的。所以，尽管他在职称申报材料中反
复强调他的7个Disease Notes和1个New disease reports中有6个进入SCI 2区，
2个进入3区，但他却不敢用来做代表作，而拿在《华中农业大学学报》和《中国
农业科学》发表的两篇学术论文作为送审的代表作。

　　潘副教授在职称申报材料中，将Disease Notes和New disease reports冒充
学术论文，这显然是故意造假（华农大规定，申报教授职称需要满足条件之一是
在SCI刊物上发表学术论文4篇）。

士学位论文“花生和大豆根腐病的病原鉴定及其生物学特性研究”（2010年6
月）。
