　　The following article from Microwave and Optical Technology Letters, 
Volume 52, Issue 2, "Neural modeling for compact coplanar waveguide 
bandpass filter loaded split ring resonator" by Haiwen Liu, published 
online on December 8, 2009 in Wiley InterScience 
(www.interscience.wiley.com), has been retracted by the journal 
Editor-in-Chief, Kai Chang, and Wiley Periodicals, Inc. due to 
duplicate publication in the Journal of Infrared Millimeter and 
Terahertz Waves as a result of a communication misunderstanding.
