　　最近日本植物生理学会会刊<Plant and Cell  physiology>

指出河北师大孙大业教授违反出版道德，一稿两投。

　　It has come to the attention of the Editors of Plant and Cell 
Physiology that there is significant overlap between the following 
publications: 

　　Junli Zhou, Ligeng Ma, Suqiao Zhang, Yuxian Zhu, and Daye Sun 

　　Extracellular Calmodulin Stimulates Light-Independent RbcS-GUS 
Expression in Suspension-Cultured Cells of Transgenic Tobacco. Plant 
and Cell Physiology 2001;42: 1049–1055; doi:10.1093/pcp/pce131 

　　Ma Ligeng, Zhou Junli, Zhang Suqiao, Liu Qiang and Sun Daye 

　　Extracellular calmodulin accelerates rbcS-GUS expression in 
suspension-cultured transgenic tobacco cell. Chinese Science Bulletin 
2000;45(22): 2089–2092. 

　　There are considerable similarities between the results presented 
in the two publications, including a number of identical figures and 
tables. However, neither of the publications cites the other and the 
Editors were not informed that the related work had been published to 
the Chinese Science Bulletin. 

　　该杂志主编也在同期发表主编声明，呼吁作者苛守出版道德
