发表在IEEE上的以下两篇论文涉嫌剽窃的严重指控：

他人的工作。

我在此通知你，由于这一认定，这两篇论文的全文将从我们的论文数据库（IEEE Xplore）
中撤去。论文的参考文献以及论文的题目、你的名字、发表刊物名称和日期将被保
留。但是论文的摘要将被删除，而代以以下告示：“这篇论文由于违犯IEEE的发表
准则，已被删除。”

虽然采取这样的行动是不幸的，但是请确信，根据IEEE的发表准则，如果你继续从
事这种不专业的行为，将会导致更严重的惩罚。

You were contacted by Richard Volz of the IEEE Robotics and Automation 
Society earlier this year about the serious charges of plagiarism for 
the following two papers that you published with the IEEE:

After a review of the papers, by Mr. Volz and the IEEE Member Conduct 
Committee, it has been determined that the two papers do plagiarize 
the work of others.

I am writing to inform you that because of this finding, the full text 
of the two papers are being removed from our online article database 
(IEEE Xplore). The bibliographic citation for each article will remain 
with the title of the article, your name, and the publication title 
and date. But the abstract of the article will be removed and replaced 
with this notice: "This article has been removed because it violated 
the Publication Principles of the IEEE."

While it is unfortunate that this action has had to be taken, please 
be assured that in accordance with the IEEE's Publication Principles 
harsher penalties will result should you persist in this 
unprofessional behavior.
