征稿摘要：
ICSPS是每年一度的關於信號處理系統的國際會議，ICSPS 2009和ICSPS 2010已分別成功在新加坡和中國的大連舉行，第三屆信號處理系統國際學術研討會（ICSPS2011）將在中國煙台舉行，ICSPS 2011得到IEEE 的支持，由山東工商學院主辦，并由青島大學提供技術支持，屬於信號處理系統領域的頂尖級國際會議。

ICSPS is an annual international forum for state-of-the-art research in Signal Processing Systems.The first ICSPS 2009 was held in Singapore, and the second ICSPS 2010 was held in Dalian, China.2011 3rd IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing Systems (ICSPS 2011) will be held in Yantai，China during August 27-28, 2011. ICSPS 2011 is sponsored by IEEE, and host by Shandong Institute of Business and Technology, and supported by Qingdao University. It is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of Signal Processing Systems.

所有被录用及注册成功的文章都将由 IEEE 出版，进入IEEE 数据库，并被EI Compendex 和ISTP 检索。
All accepted papers will also be published in the conference proceeding by IEEE, which will be included in the IEEE Xplore, and indexed by the Ei Compendex and Thomson ISI (ISTP)。

论文集将于现场分发至各作者,如果因故不能参加会议者，在会议之后我们将快递发票和论文集。甄选出的优秀论文将有机会发表到我们的主流期刊上，大会主题报告会邀请学术界优秀专家做演讲。
