Usually, Cq test data are defined on the basis of wing area. But the way of using 迎风面积S has the advantage of indicating in which direction you need to pursue to reduce the total drag.

Deriving P~V^3 via the time derivative of W clearly shows the roadmap of reasoning, I think.
