That is from a 999 area code, Indian accent, trying to trick me into the website www.ifixyrpc.com. I searched the web with area code 999, there are a lot reports on similar incidences.
I told that guy that microsoft never goes to user to fix their computer problems, and by law they cannot collect user name, address, phone number from internet activity...
