I now only run 4 miles a day, try to do that everyday. So far no more urine blood. My next blood test is due a few weeks from now. By that time I should know if my current medication lowered my triglyceride level (significantly). If that goes well I'll resume my marathon training.

I will still run a half marathon next year though.
