Although it takes effort to draw the dragon body and scale, it is a work that can be done by anybody. This is the foundation of JFF's butcher theory. Most of the 默默无闻的科学家 are no different from butchers, they are just doing their job and get paid.

Is it true that 功到自然成, or if you paint enough dragon scales you will naturally know how to paint the eyes? Knowledge can be accumulated with time, but the structure of the knowledge is only shaped by several masters. They are not butchers from the very beginning. The paint is finally revealed to be a dragon, only because the master draw the eyes that way. It could be a phoenix, if the master had drawn it another way. The butchers were just drawing the scales blindly, they don't know what they were drawing, and they don't care, because it is just a job. They only care about getting paid, i.e., funding.

There is a reason why most of the 科学家 are 默默无闻, because most of the butchers are only famous in the neighborhood also.

Yes, you wait long enough they eyes will be drawn eventually. But you are not waiting for the butchers to becomes the master, you are waiting for the birth of the next master.
