Not a crime, so why enforce it? If enforce this one, why not deport those IIM?

Not every one without legal status is deported, there is proper procedure to go through. But by excusing this illegal activity, the advocates simple want to let them go, ignore those illegal actions, it is like telling the police to ignore traffic violation
