Actually, Great Wall on Internet provides a huge employment opportunity to those jobless people if they're not hired by government. You know how much Internet policemen/policewomen we have in China? One of my friend told me, just in Beijing, the National Security Agency have hired over 1,000 people to sensor, monitor and govern online activities, doesn't even count in the numbers in each province.
Know why we're so powerful and undefeat in controlling Internet? we have countless and inexhaustable labor! and those labor are grown and trained as brainless slaves, and will do whatever they're commanded to do.
