he was jailed again and again many times basically for the same offense. and he still could be in the future. it's only fed's choice that they now suspend the case, but government may restart it anytime they think appropriate.

it just seems so unfair.

i know the DA can make minor changes on the sorts of felonies they use to threaten anderson, but they can't deny it's all for the same purpose.
