Doubt that OHRP has mandate to make orders?

So far, it seems to be a major ass covering precautionary ‘we-have-done-our-part’.

Nevertheless, OHRP’s letter is a significant one, a heads up for all those who may have something hiding.

Hope I’m wrong, that it will develop into changes.
