These are mostly urologist and should be called as such. I would guess that many of them are surgeons which expain why they did what they did because surgeons rarely think. When they think, they think they are god. These are just urological surgeons for Christ sake, imagine what you have go through to be around neurosurgeons or worse cardiac surgeons.
