Regarding his/her comment that people or people yet to be who are not "self conscious" should be removed.
As to the issue of Terry, thanks to the argument of Steve, which is similar to yours, I agree with the judgement made by the court. At least, it is logical and legal. The judges are supposed to uphole the rule.
