As far as I know, the block is based on IP. can you think of something to fake IP but still lead to your own computer?
I once have a wild idea to write a web crawer (spider) to retrieve pages. Because spider is automatic and aggressive, you can let the spider retrieve the targetted pages to a third party (e.g., your own web space) and then read them at your own space.
This is different from proxy because literally everyone has his own proxy. There is no way to block all of them.
It should not be difficult because there are lots of spiders arround.
