and it's a quite old post, maybe 3-4 years ago, likely an assembly of various sources and views, done by lefties in china

just using common sense the post looks suspicious, the title said everything:

there's no need for russia to "surpass" china because it's always ahead on per-capita basis (most recent estimate: russia 8-9000 USD, china 3-4000), and no1 really
ever thought china is or ever been ahead.

russia maybe poor if compared to rich developed nations, but with china there's really no contest, so far.
