As with all VoIP providers, it doesn't work with the in-house security systems. We had to pay extra to install a wireless module so that the alarm signal can still reach our security service provider.
Another drawback of iTalkBB is that their customer service speaks only Chinese. When our security service technician came they were unable to communicate on the phone and we had to step in.
